TERM 3 OVERVIEW

Dear Parents/Caregivers

Here is the sport schedule for Term 3. All information for each sport is provided as well as a permission form. I have tried to include our school and interschool sporting events too so families can look ahead and see what is happening. Some of the Term 3 sports carry over from Term 2 and there are no new registrations taken for those sports. Registrations must be in by 5pm Tuesday 30th June.

Sports Fees Information

• Please Note: Due to a number of unpaid fees, we are now having to have the pay before you play policy. This means you will need to pay your child's sport fee before we can register them in the team. There is a payment option box attached to each sport notice. There is the option of financial assistance if necessary.
• Payment Options: 
  School Office - Eftpos is available.
  Online - The account number is "Lucknow School" 12-3439-0039108-01 make sure you clearly state your child's name and reason for payment ie: Jo Bloggs/hockey etc. Please make sure the payment is made by the due date.

Team Sports Information

• Please remember that once you have made a commitment to a team you will need to see the team/season out and may have practise commitments as well.
• We also require coaches for each team. Sometimes this is a teacher but other times we do need the help and support of parents to ensure each team has a coach. If there are not enough coaches we are not always able to enter all our teams. 
• Please read all the additional information for each of the sports and ensure that you return these notices before the cut off dates. I enter teams the following day so if a note is late I may not be able to enter your child.
